November 18th, 2oo8.
Assignment for my computer graphics class : to do an illustration with letters or words only.
Since I cruelly lacked inspiration, I used my Mermaid drawing as a model.
I'm happy with this, especially for a first try. I have to admit Illustrator can be helpful - for typo works.
Fonts used are Mutlu ( hair ), Windsong ( background ), Lovitz and Journal for the hand and face. And I don't remember which one I used for the tail.
The text in her hair is a excerpt from Andersen's tale.
